NHS Dental Treatment

Improving your your oral health and wellbeing.

NHS Dental Treatment in Bristol

Our clinicians will provide all treatment that is clinically necessary to protect and maintain good oral health. This includes all treatments that you need to keep your mouth, teeth, and gums healthy and free of pain.

For every course of treatment, your clinician will discuss the treatment required, and provide you with a signed treatment plan that can be emailed to you prior to your treatment.

NHS dental treatment does not include cosmetic treatments that are not clinically necessary, such as teeth whitening. Cosmetic treatments like this are used to improve the appearance of your teeth and make them look more attractive, and are only available privately. If you’re interested in having any cosmetic dental treatments, you should ask your clinician how much private treatment will cost. Charges for any private treatment will be added to the charges for your NHS treatment. Your treatment plan will show which items are part of your NHS course and which will be privately charged. For more information about our private treatments and charges, please go to our private treatment page.

It is our aim to provide quality dental care to our patients on schedule and to use clinical time effectively.  To achieve this aim we have an appointment cancellation policy.

Although we understand that things happen and schedules do change we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes.  Missed appointments prevent us from scheduling another patient that could benefit from our services. We schedule individual time with each patient to allow us to deliver the quality, personal care that every patient deserves.

We do offer a text and email reminder service prior to your appointment. This will be set up automatically upon your registration. If you would prefer a telephone reminder, please let our reception team know.
Cancellations should be made by telephone, email or in person.

If you fail to attend a pre-booked NHS appointment or cancel an appointment on the day (late cancellation) on more than one occasion, we reserve the right to not provide any further NHS appointments, and your NHS course of treatment will be closed.
